Who are you?
- Master's degree in law
- At least four years of experience behind and passionate about corporate law and all its facets
- Ambitious relationship builder triggered by innovation
- Analytical ability hand in hand with a thoroughly fresh perspective on the law
- Team player by heart, result-oriented and 200% dedicated
What's the job?
Together with the Partner, you are responsible for the success and further development of the corporate law department. You provide advice and conduct proceedings relating to:
- Shareholder Agreements
- Acquisitions, restructuring and/or merger of companies
- Transfer of trade fund (judicial) reorganization of companies
- Director and founder liability
- Corporate housekeeping
- And so much more ... .
